The house with its garden is ideal for families with children and offers excellent recreational after excursions and sightseeing.
The ground floor houses the tastefully furnished living / dining room with satellite-TV, stereo and internet, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, stove (ceramic) and toaster.
On the first floor are two bedrooms each with a queen-size bed
(140X190) and a large built-in wardrobe and a nice bathroom with a large window, equipped with bath, separate shower, toilet, sink and hair dryer.
In the basement (with access to the garden via a small porch, which is ideal to stop either bikes or trunk) is the third bedroom with a small window (bed 140X190), a small bathroom with shower, toilet and sink and laundry room with washer, dryer ironing board and iron.
Moreover, again a large closet with sufficient guard.
Respect. the interior should be mentioned that we attach great importance to good and new beds (Epeda), as well as duvets and pillows and bed linen (Yves Delorme).
In less than 5 minutes walk from the Gare de la Garenne Colombes
where every 10 minutes a train leaves for Paris. After about 12 minutes driving time you are in the center.
Restaurants, shops, bakeries are within easy walking distance.
We stayed here for New Year with our family. Extremely well equipped house, heating on 24/7, nice touch with bread and a few essentials for us to use. 5 minute walk from tramway, supermarket nearby and restaurants. Would absolutely recommend. Only disappointment was no fireworks on New Years Eve!
The house is situated in a typical Parisian suburb (banlieue) and is easily accessible by local transport, ideal
to visit Paris and the surrounding area. The train station is 5 minutes. away, you can reach the Gare St. Lazare in less than 20 min. Disneyland in 35 minutes. and the Royal Versailles 30min.
Day trips offer themselves to Jeanne d'Arc s Orleans and the historic town of Rouen, rich in history and culture in which they died.

Chartres and the majestic cathedral.
The D-Day Normandy coasts.
Colombes is a Paris suburb with excellent shops, all services and the typical French. Open air markets where the purchase of pates, meats, cheese and wine a real immersion in the Parisian mentality is enabled.
