Sea view and 3 community pools, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, air-conditioning.

This modern complex is a collection of twenty five luxury terraced villas built on the hillside in the Gotmar residential area of Puerto Pollenca.

They have a private entrance controlled by an electric gate and a long winding drive up to the top as well as steps which are well-lit at night.

The villas within the complex are located on different levels and share three separate swimming pools with ample sunbathing terraces. Each house is painted in a distinctive pastel colour giving a bright appearance and characteristic mediterranean feel.

The front door opens directly into an open-plan lounge dining room featuring a TV and DVD. Double doors lead out to a wonderful furnished front terrace that has marvellous views of the bay. The villa has quality ceramic flooring, and modern spotlighting and are decorated to a high modern standard.

The kitchen is fully fitted and well equiped. A staircase leads to the 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms which are on the second level.

What a view

We found the property to be modern and clean with plenty of space for ourselves and 3 children. It is built on the side of a hill which gives stunning views of the bay of Pollenca. the main pool was very close to the property and was never too busy although the villa right next to it was occupied (see main picture) which did make us feel like we were using their pool on occasions when they were about. The other pools were on different levels so we didn't use them. Generally the development was quiet and relaxed even though it was peak season.

The owner and letting agents were friendly and flexible allowing us to stay Wednesday to Wednesday to fit in with our flights. They also let us check in early as we had early flights which was much appreciated.

The wi-fi was really useful although it would have been nice to have a dvd player and cd player for entertainment. Apart from that we would highly recommend the property and the area.

This property is close to the beach and the resort centre although its peaceful hillside position is not suitable for those with walking disabilities. There are 3 communal pools.

There are a large choice of beaches within easy reach. The famous Aucanada Golf Course is just 8km away and Pollensa golf only 6km away.

There is a small supermarket at only 350 meters from the house. Larger supermarkets and restaurants and bars at 600 meters of the house.

Car hire is not essential but the cost of a small car for a week is not much more than return airport taxi fares and a great way of exploring the area
