Description of VILLA HESTIA near Finikounda, Messinia, peloponnesos, Greece.

The house , build in typical greec style is planted in an idyllic terrain of 5000m2 with olive trees and lots of flowers in spring. It lies on 100m height and 1800m from sea. You can enjoy a spectacular vieuw on the surroundings-sea, hills, island, olive orchards, snow on Taygetosmountain in spring. In the evening the lights of Finikounda and Lachanada, upcoming moon above the see. Here you can completely relax indeed!

Notes

  • Nb The rental prices are for 2-6 persons.

    When you are 2 persons,in low- and middle season, you also can rent only the appartment at the first floor ( 50m2) and pay 100E less per week.

    When you are a party of 8 persons, you can- after consultation- rent the whole house ( inside stairs) with fourth sleeping room. You have to pay 200E extra per week.

    When you stay longer than 2 weeks, you get 100E reduction on the rental price per week from the third week on.

    Prices include use of electricity, water, use of bedlinen, towels, washing machine, beach chairs. Final cleaning is not included, costs 125E ( 75 when using only the first floor part of the house)
  • Longterm rent (longer than 6 weeks) is possible, Price in consultation.

Great holiday in Finikounda

We had a lovely week in beautiful villa Hestia.
The house is very well appointed and situated on its own grounds in a very tranquil setting. It is a perfect place to relax and unwind from daily stress.
We really enjoyed the beautiful uninterrupted view from the large terrace.
We only had one regret: not being able to stay longer...
Hope to come back next year.

Our holidays in villa Hestia

We had a lovely stay with our family at villa Hestia during August 2012. The house is pretty new, wonderful, very spacious and the wide terrace offers a truly amazing view of the bay.  It is an ideal place to relax by gazing at the deep blue. The house is wonderfully decorated and very well equipped. Since it is practically on top of a private hill, there a refreshing cool breeze in the evening. The road is a bit rough, but this is the case for most villas in the area. The beach in Finikounda is fantastic and the village covers all the needs. You can find some very nice tavernas close by, and in the wider area as well. Overall, we had a wonderful holiday and would definitely recommend Villa Hestia.
