The house is a modern, functional and architectural marvel in 2005 - 83 m2 of living space with large bright rooms and large glass facades - all made from high quality materials. The center of the house is an open plan kitchen / family area with high ceilings and skylights, with a functional high quality, modern kitchen, a stylish dining area and open plan lounge area with TV and wood burning stove. The house has 2 large bedrooms (4 beds) and 2 large lofts in the living area (2 extra beds). The bathroom is equipped with a Jacuzzi and a separate shower. There is also a laundry room with washer and dryer.
