Beautiful condo, immaculate, great location

I rented through VRBO looking at reviews. This property is beautiful, clean, well managed, and exactly as represented. The view from the balcony is fabulous. Fred, Luba , and daughter are wonderful to work with. Check in was smooth. The front desk was friendly and helpful for all questions. Although there were unit renovations going on in the building(new carpeting), there was never any noise, and the workmen were polite, courteous and unobtrusive.The unit itself is immaculately clean, well-maintained, completely furnished for couples and families. The washer and dryer worked well, the AC was comfort controlled. The resort grounds are well maintained, pool is clean, beach is clean.Lots of chaise lounges. Off shore is a little rocky. Just down the beach is Black Rocks, a nice sand beach with snorkeling. The bar and restaurant are great. Across the street is a commercial area with coffee shop, grocery store and Snorkel Bob dive shop. Parking is plentiful and just $9/day collected by the front desk. There is also no resort fee,except for the workout room/gym seems to have a day fee.(You are in Hawaii, go outside). All this and there are 2 very friendly cats outside that greet you on the sidewalk.Mahalo for a beautiful unit and a great anniversary vacation. We hope to return soon.
