Pool, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, bright, spacious, west facing, pool heating, up to 6 people.

In our house there is a spacious master suite with 2 large walk-in closets, built-in safe, private bathroom and a patio door to the pool area.

The other two bedrooms with walk-in closets also located on the other side of the house. These two rooms share a further bathroom.

The living area features a spacious, cozy sofa area with a large plasma TV and home entertainment system. WIFI is available throughout the house.

The house has a large front garden with parking in the driveway and a large garage.

The dining area has seating for up to 6 and has, like the living room, outdoor access.

The kitchen has brand new kitchen appliances, dishes etc.. Our house is for 4 - 6 people completely equipped.

The pool area with its large table, the 2 chairs and a large gas grill invites you to linger. There you can in the evening at sunset grill a fantastic dinner

We have an electric pool heater, which can be used as needed.

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (US Dollar) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Notes

  • Prices are based on a booking of up to 4 people.
    For each additional person we charge U.S. $ 15 per day, maximum 6 persons.
    When handing over the house please send a deposit of U.S. to deposit $ 400. These are only available after the final again, if no damage is found. In extreme pollution of the grill, through lack of cleaning of the tenant, we will charge for cleaning a flat fee of $ 30, -. This is then subtracted as needed, from the deposit. Increased consumption of electricity / water must be transferred to within 2 weeks of your departure to our account.
    The price includes:

    - U.S. $ 25 per week for electricity (possibly increased consumption is deducted from the deposit at the end of the holiday - U.S. $ 0 15/kwh)

  • The master bedroom has its own bathroom, which only has access from the bedroom. The other two bedrooms have a separate bathroom, which is accessed via a corridor, and thus can be used by guests.

In Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds with bedside table, bedside lamp, a small table with chair and mirror cabinet. All bedrooms are also lovingly decorated with green plants and pictures

Wonderful Vacation Villa!!

We stayed in this beautiful home for 6 weeks. What a wonderful relaxing stay we had. Right from when we walked in the front door, we were very pleased to see that it was just as was pictured on the Home Away site and we were even more impressed with what we saw. We appreciated the beautiful decor and the pleasant and airy feeling with amazing views of the pool and tropical vegetation from almost every room. Lots of times we enjoyed relaxing by the pool and would often eat our meals there to enjoy the lovely surroundings. The whole pool area was kept sparkling clean through weekly maintenance, which made it so enticing. The Villa also was impeccably clean and very well equipped with everything you need. The kitchen and laundry area have the latest in appliances and were a pleasure to use.
Overall this home is very comfy and has everything a family or couple require for an enjoyable stay. The owners Marcus and Carla were very pleasant and accommodating to deal with and made the whole rental process very easy. The housekeeper was also very nice and helpful.
Cape Coral is a delight with great shopping & restaurants nearby and lots things to do without the heavy traffic you find in other parts of Florida.
So we want to highly recommend this home as a very desirable vacation rental home for all to enjoy!!

Great place,super clean and quiet

We loved our stay here for the week.
It was a quiet neighborhood but close enough to the beaches.
Home was immaculate and the pool was refreshing and very clean.
Kitchen had all we needed for our week stay to make a few dinners and meals.
The caretaker/housekeeper met us when we arrived and was only a phone call away if we had questions.
We would gladly stay again when in Cape Coral.
