This villa, located 10 minutes drive from Florence, set on the hills toward Siena, is a perfect holiday house. It is an independent part of a 16th century historic Villa, offering panoramic views on typical Tuscan landscape. It includes a main house of 350 m2 with four bedrooms and a separate guest house of 45 m2 with two bedrooms. A beautiful loggia of 50m2 located in front of living rooms is facing the large terracotta paved terrace, typical of antique rural villas. The private enclosed garden of 1 500 m2 includes a swimming pool of 12 m x 4,20 m x 1,40 m . House description: Ground floor : Entrance , living room 45 m2, dining room 15 m2, kitchen/breakfast, 15 m2, toilet/shower, laundry. From the highway at 2 km from the house, cities like Rome and Venice can be reached in less than two hours.

Exceptional stay in l'Oleandro !

L'Oleandro is a large historical house, with a beautiful swimming pool, poetic views, a peaceful atmosphere among olive trees ( it's possible to buy pure fresh olive oil in Riboia).
Florence is 15 minutes only by car and the charming city of Impruneta is a few minutes away.
We had a wonderful week and wish to come back many times !

...belles "villes-musée" de toscane
perchée sur une colline et plantée au milieu des oliviers cette belle et authentique maison toscane permet de concilier farniente et visites culturelles : un régal !
la maison est bien équipée et confortable : ses murs épais, sa loggia et sa piscine rendent la chaleur estivale supportable... et on apprécie d'autant plus l'animation et la cohue Florentine, que l'on sait pouvoir s'y retrouver en toute tranquillité !
ce n'est pas le grand luxe, ambiance 'bain à bulle" et autre jacuzzi mais c'est confort, paisible, et beau ! et très bien situé à condition d'avoir une voiture .
idéal pour un rassemblement familial ou entre amis (la maison "d'invités" dans le jardin est très pratique)...
