The country house villa Sandri offers accommodation for 8 people (4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a separate toilet). There is a living room with fireplace, large dining room with kitchen and a media room (satellite TV and radio, video) with theater seats. Air conditioning in part of the house and free WiFi throughout house. So, free calls can be made with Skype. Outside you will find a large terrace, partly covered, with a view to the fantastic scenery and a pool of 8 x 4 meters. The coast with its many beaches and picturesque villages is 20 minutes by car.

The country house Villa Sandri is fully equipped, especially the kitchen. It has tasteful furnishings, comfortable bedrooms and 3 luxury bathrooms. The house was built and furnished not only as a rental property. It is fully equipped as a normal family house because it is only rented out when the owner is not using it. The house is located in a quiet location in the Mirna valley at the foot of the hill of San Bartolo, overlooking the picturesque town of Motovun. The nearest settlement is about 250 meters away. In the immediate vicinity there are woods, fields, vineyards and an old church. At a 10 minutes drive you find the classic, newly renovated spa Istarska Toplice with several saunas, Pools, Massage, etc..

Villa Sandri has been rented out part of the year for 10 years now and there have not really been any dissatisfied tenants so far. Bookings take place directly with the owner of the house.

At 10 minutes drive you can find the classic, newly renovated spa Istarska Toplice. Within 20 minutes the most beautiful beaches in Istria are reached, including the lively tourist coast.

Istria, also known as the Tuscany of Croatia, offers many opportunities for individual tourists with its varied coastline, the small historic towns and vineyards and olive groves.

The diverse culinary offerings of the region like Teran, the expressive red wine and truffles, which are found throughout the Mirna Valley, is one more 'palatable' argument for the popularity of Motovun.
