Townhome, 4 Bedrooms + Bunk Area, 3 Baths, (Sleeps 9-11)

Luxury town home in one of Winter Park's most prestigious communities within walking distance to our "world class ski resort." Four Bed 3 Bath Luxury Trademark Town home in the heart of old town. 2400 sq/ft spread over 3 floor affords plenty of privacy!!!! Two King beds, One Queen bed a bunk and a large bunk sofa. You will find plenty of room for entertaining and relaxing as this is one of the largest units available. This condo offers a spacious open floor plan with floor to ceiling windows and unbelievable views of the Ski Mountain.

The fourth bedroom can actually be used as a great room for kids to enjoy and can easily sleep 6 younger kids.

We also have a second 4 bedroom 3 bathroom unit also in Trademark which sleeps 10. This unit also has cathedral ceilings and is 1800 sq ft. one King bed, Two Queen beds and Two bunks!!!!! Also tastefully appointed with plenty of room for one, two or three families.
