Cosy, individually designed villa, you will be selecting a small jewel here.
No standard equipment, but rather romantic, the tasteful interior and garden invite you to spend an unforgettable holiday.
The living room goes into a spacious veranda, here is also the dining space, but also a nice antique bed and bench for naps.
The two spacious bedrooms and living room are also equipped with valuable furniture. You will find a TV (satellite connection) and stereo here.
'Only“ one bathroom, but it is worth it! Let it be a surprise! Plus a separate WC.
The completely equipped kitchen has everything you need.
Large pool with sun loungers. Bale for unwinding and massage.
The garden is a chapter on its own. Large 100-year old trees create a special enviroment and micro climate.
Countless tropical flowers and fruit trees complete the image.
The villa is in an area that is not yet taken over by tourism. No streets are within earshot. However, everything you need can be reached by taxi.
The optimal place to unwind and enjoy your holiday, but also make countless discoveries in the rich offering from Bali
After a few steps, you can get to the beautiful beach (black lava sand), which is rarely frequented (still a real secret tip). A few other villas are in the region.
If you want to have it a bit more lively off and on, Lovina can be reached nearby with its bars and restaurants.
The intact Balinese village of Ume Anyar can be reached on foot if you would like to see real Balinese life. Here, and also near the villa, you will find a few Hindu temples, where you can observe the Hindu temple ceremonies if you are in luck.
On the veranda you will only find a small strip of rice fields and vineyards....and the sea!!!
It is guaranteed that you will not be able to see enough!
Bali is a paradise for divers, you will find multiple diver centres in Lovina, which bring you to the most attractive diving places. Snorkelling is also worth mention. A few reefs are nearby.
Morning rides to the dolphins on the open sea belong to the popular attractions here.
You can go fishing on the sea with fishermen.
Turbulent market happenings can be found in Seririt 2 km away (district capitol) in Lovina and of course, in Singaraja, which is about 30 km away.
Singaraja is attractive (old capitol of Bali) with its constructions which partially come from the colonial period, some with tasteful new constructions (higher education, universities, government buildings). Beautiful wide green 'boulevards“ and, it must be said, Singaraja is the cleanest city in Bali.
The complex of the former Raja Palace is attractive (leader of the region of Buleleng). A few parts of the complex are set up as museums, the offspring of the Raja live in the others.
Here the famous Lontar museum is here as well where old books, still written on palm tree leaves, are stored. Hindu, religious, medical and worldly texts. By the way, the largest Lontar collection in all of Indonesia.
A nice Chinese temple is also in Singaraja.
Textile plants where the valuable fabric “Endek” is produced….and, and, and.
There are too many attractions to list, let yourself be inspired by tourist books and stories from our 'tourist guide' - the taxi driver.
Villa Ari is an exclusive, very individually designed villa on the north coast of Bali.
Ideal for 2-4 people, made for smaller groups or couples looking for something special.
It was built in a Bali-colonial style.
Tastefully equipped, partially with nice antique furniture.
The luxurious villa is 150m from the sea, between the property and beach vineyards. Through this you will find direct access (small paved path) to the beach with black, soft volcanic sand.
The villa itself was built on a small hill from the veranda, offers a breath-taking view of the warm and normally peaceful Bali Sea, which separates Bali from the island of Java (with a clear view, even the mountains of Java can be seen.)
Behind the house you can recognize the mountains of the Bali-Barat National Park.
The villa on a terraced property and garden has a tropical flair. In the lush garden, in addition to tropical flowers, you will also find all types of fruit trees (mango, papaya, avocado, bananas and a lot more). The villa was built in a garden with old trees.
A large pool (16m long) and a bale complete the image.
On the premises you will also find the house of the employees, here a friendly, lives a relaxed Bali couple with their son. You can ask them at any time for advice as a constant partner ( speak English)
The wife is the maid, she does the cooking and cleaning. The garden and pool are kept by the husband.
The kitchen is fully equipped, you can cook here or have meals prepared according to your wishes for a
low price. You can either shop on the weekly market in Seririt by yourself or in the supermarket or have the employees do this for you.
Villa Ari has a living room and two large bedrooms with a queen bed and a canopy bed in a queen bed size. A large individual semi-open bathroom and a guest WC.
Here you can spend unforgettable holidays, far from tourism.
At a distance of 20 km you will find the resort of Lovina, where you will find all types of restaurants and bars.
If you do not rent your own vehicle, my employees can organise a well-known, excellent taxi driver on request. They are safe, experienced drivers with experience, available for rides and as tour guides.
From here, you can visit all of Bali with countless attractions, depending on whether you are interested in culture or nature.
Nearby you will find Singaraja, the old capitol of Bali with museums, temples and large supermarkets.
The hot spas in Banjar are surely worth a visit as well along with the nearby Buddhist monastery.
The back country is attractive: enchanting mountain villages, countless waterfalls and the beautiful mountain lakes 30 km in land: Tambligan Bunjan and Bratan.
