Our perfectly situated apartment is located in the 10th floor and furnished in bright and friendly colours.

The open plan lounge (ceiling to floor windows) offers a fantastic view to Table Mountain & Lion´s Head and is arranged with a comfortable leather sofa, big settee and a flat-screen TV.

The enclosed open and fully equipped kitchen with dinner area (table for 4) has got all amenities you need to prepare great meals. Coffee lovers will certainly enjoy the Nespresso machine.

The main bedroom with two windows towards Table Mountain is provided with a spacious wardrobe and leads to a bathroom (ensuite: toilet, tub&shower).

In the guestroom you find 2 single beds, a wardrobe and a table - next to this room is a second bathroom (toilet&shower).

On the roof terrace a small pool invites to take a refreshing bath - additionally there is a sauna (with great views)

at your disposal.

Have your barbecue straight on the roof (Braai facilities) and enjoy the wonderful panoramic sight over the city.

Wir haben mehrere Wochen in diesem Appartement verbracht und uns sehr wohlgefühlt!
Die Lage ist top: Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants und Läden etc. sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Wir waren auch viel mit dem Stadtbus unterwegs (Bushaltestelle ums Eck), wenn wir keine Lust zum Autofahren hatten. Das Haus hat einen Concierge-Wachdienst und Tiefgarage, was zusätzlich zum Sicherheitsgefühl beiträgt.
Die Wohnung ist sehr liebevoll und praktisch eingerichtet.
Der Blick aus dem Wohnzimmer auf Tafelberg und Lionshead spektakulär.
Obwohl der Pool auf dem Dach wirklich winzig ist, war es eine tolle Möglichkeit zur Abkühlung, die wir oft genutzt haben. Und wieder: Ein phantastischer Blick!

Our nicely done up apartment is located in the pleasant residential area of Gardens very close to Parliament&Company Gardens.

You are staying right in the heart of Cape Town!

Within a few minutes walk you reach the old centre (Green Market Square, Long Street) with its beautiful victorian buildings, unique african craft markets, antiques&art shops, coffee bars&great restaurants.

Also just a stone´s throw away you find the modern Business District with a lot of shopping facilities&trendy clubs, the Opera House & the Castle of Good Hope...

In short: almost all attractions are within easy reach.

Make a visit to the 'District 6'- museum to get a part of Cape Town´s history, try the amazing 'Malva Pudding' at 'Perseverance' (one of the oldest taverns of town) and take a drink at the fancy pub around the corner, before relaxing on the roof terrace with pool or in your living room with unrestricted views to Table Mountain.

The beaches of Cape Town are reachable effortless with public transport or car (approx. 10 min.).

For your rented car there is a (safe) parking bay at your disposal.
