We are proud to offer you this beautiful loft, which also meets high standards. It features a large living area of 100sqm. The spacious living room offers a cozy couch area on fine parquet floor tiles with underfloor heating. Quality consumer electronics complete the living area.

House at the well: The lovingly furnished holiday home is available complete with 120sqm of living space available. In the open and modern designer kitchen you can cook at home. The open kitchen is followed by a bright and cozy dining room. Also on the ground floor there is a nice bedroom and a bathroom. Upstairs you will find a luxurious bathroom with bath, shower, toilet and 2 bright bedrooms. The house is equipped with underfloor heating, TV and Wi-Fi. At our 'youngest guests' we thought, on request, we will free cot, high chair, playpen and toys available. For the older children there is a large playground 150m away from the house and plenty of room to play. To house a terrace with lounge garden furniture for sunbathing or relaxing with a cup of tea one. Selbstverstendlich there is also room to grill the famous Thuringian bratwurst.

Car: recommended

The bus stop is 2 minutes walk from the houses (bus 12 minutes to the center of Weimar, 14 minutes to Central Station Weimar). 2km of the houses is the Buchenwald Memorial. In just 5 minutes by car you get into the city center of Weimar, where there is, among many other attractions, the Goethe House, Schiller House, Liszt House and the German National Theatre. In just 20 minutes by car to reach the old town of Erfurt and the Erfurt Zoo. 5 minutes walk from the house starts the nature reserve - 'Am Ettersberg'. The unique fauna is ideal for beautiful walks. A large attractive playground is 100 meters away from the houses. The house is in very nice, green, quiet and save area of Weimar.
