Your Bungaow stands on a second 000 sqm of land with olive trees, just 700 meters from the beach. The bungalows Jana and Karsten meet German equipment and disseminate a southern holiday feeling. In large natural garden with olive trees, orange-tangerine and lemon trees. The large terrace with bougainvillea and oleander invites you to relax. Enjoy spectacular views over the Mediterranean from Kalamata to Koroni and the Mani. The area is quiet, with no package tourism.

The bungalow is set Karsten on the same grounds, but is independent and very private. The privacy of each resident is guaranteed.

Due to the hillside location with an unforgettable view from the large terrace overlooking the Mediterranean Sea and the opposite Mani. The sunrise is gigantic.

The town is an ideal base for the many opportunities to visit Greek heritage to appreciate incomparable waterfalls to take trips to explore the region on your own.

The bungalows are functional and clean, designed to German standards.

Perfect for those who do not like mass tourism, but peace, nature and originality.

For 10 years we rent our bungalows and have gained many enthusiastic guests who visit this piece of paradise again and again.

Here are a few notes on the situation in Greece, in particular Chrani.

Despite the crisis, or because of the crisis, it will be this summer in Chrani be particularly pleasant, as many tourists are confused and choose another destination.

About Beate Kähler

We have discovered this little paradise in 2001. As we have to work a few years before retirement, we do rent our bungalows.

Chrani in the meantime is our second home, as we spend there a few weeks every year. The inhabitants are friendly and helpfull and we enjoy every holiday inbetween our friends there. We used to live in southern part of Germany and do prefer Chrani because of the climate and the covering of vegetation.

Why Beate Kähler chose Chrani

The situation of the houses is unique.It is absolutly quiet, but not far away from real life. The surroundings do spread a kind of peace and recovery. The fittings are functional, german standard combined with greek flair, for an unforgetable holiday. The neighbours are very friendly and helpful and have an eye on our property, while we are back home in Germany. the picturesque view is regeneration for body and soul. Apart from area of intensive tourism, exeptional in august, while every greek is on holidays, you always find a quiet part on the beach.

With the car, recommenable, it is easy to reach historical places like Methoni, Pylos and Koroni and of course Olympia and Messinia. Even we spent a few weeks every year in Chrani it is not getting bored and we always discover places not yet seen.

What makes this bungalow unique

It was love on first view. The houses are comfortable furnished decorated with love. The greek details, such as bricked beds and cupboards, typically mediterranean, do spread holiday feelings at any moment. Of course everything is painted in blue and white, greek colours.

The terific view, the perfect starry sky, the greekman itself, everything fits together. We did never ever regret to have bought this part of paradise. And also our various guests do appreciate this ambience, shown on the number of frequenters during the last 10 years.

FACTS:

Peace and quiet are in the mildest climate corner of the mainland. Mountains and the sea are here eing connected. You can expect a year-round green vegetation image. Chrani there are shops, cafes and typical taverns. Nearby you will find beautiful bays and beaches.

A heating air conditioning also allows the stay for winter guests. The distance to the beach is 700 m.

ARRIVAL:

By car or bus from Athens to the newly built highway. By ferry from Trieste, Venice and Ancona to reach Patras - in 3 hours you are in Chrani.

Tourist sights:

Visit Kalamata, now one of the richest and most beautiful cities in Greece. Experience the gypsy market (on Thursdays) - as early as possible in the morning so they can enjoy it, especially in high summer. Fruit and vegetable markets, where farmers sell their harvest, are a must. Stroll on historic ground: Olympia, Sparta, Epidaurus, Mycenae. Visit Nafplion and the picturesque castle triangle with the romantic town of Koroni, Finikounda and Pylos. Be enchanted at the Mani and take a boat trip through the caves of Pyrgos Dirou.
