This perfect one bedroom holiday rental 'Folios', 55 sq meters is situated on 6th floor rooftop of the stunning Bleu Rivage residence, boulevard Franck Pilatte, on the port side of Nice.
The spectacular views from the vast terraces (22 and 24 sq mts) are a superb feature of this apartment, offering a cool dining terrace in the north with city and mountain views and a sizzling hot sun terrace in the south.,from where you can watch the the cruise ships, ferries and yachts come and go.
'Folios' has modern open plan kitchen which is fully equipped, a large shower room with separate wc and a bed room that opens onto the south terrace. The comfortable cool living room enjoys the cross breezes from the double aspect, has satellite English freeview TV (BBC/ITV) and internet.
There are numerous local shops, restaurants, bars and cafés nearby and just a 20 min walk takes you to the old town markets, by the Promenade des Anglais, via the harbour and the famous château of Nice.
The apartment is at the great location which allows us to see the sea from the bedroom and the lounge and kitchen. The views from both terraces are breathtaking, one side facing sea and the other facing the mountains and old Nice. The apartment gives us all we wish for in Nice. It's convenient with all the bus stops and shops just around the corner. This year was our 2nd stay after last year's great experience here. Besides the location, we extremely appreciate the efforts the owners put into. They get everything in detail which makes our stay much more pleasant and easier. They're the best owners we ever came across. It's truly a place we'll go back many more times in the future.

The apartment looks exactly like the website photographs - clean and spacious with views of the port entrance.
We were a little apprehensive about the lack of air conditioning but, with doors on the north and south open there's a wonderful through draught that keeps the apartment refreshingly cool.
Plenty of bus stops close by for local and regional journeys (all carefully documented in the information folders) and plenty of walking opportunities. It's only about 20 mins walk from here to the old town.

We would recommend this apartment, it is exactly as it is potrayed, very clean and spacious and in a very good location. Madame Demacon was extremely helpful when we were making the booking , even booking a taxi for us for our departure. The apartment has everything you could need for a week in Nice including very comprehensive information on bus, train and local information. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Nice.
From the apartment you have the most stunning view of the sea and port.
The apartment kept a high standard and comfort. Our host Pam gave us a warm welcome. We will defintiely take the opportunity to come and stay again.
