Excellent point from which to explore all of Emilia Romagna and Veneto. Also excellent solution of accommodation for BOLOGNA EXHIBITION CENTRE (Bolognafiere). Historical building, completely restructured. Charmingly rustic and relaxing environment. Swimming pool (a real in ground swimming pool, 6 x 12 x 1,5 meters), Internet point (with Skype and VoipStunt too), air condition, laundry room, bicycles, large equipped garden (with gazebos, tables, chairs, benches, sunshades, deckchairs and hammocks), barbecue's corner (one gas barbecue and one wood barbecue), internal car parking, heating. The spacious living room-kitchen guarantees excellent habitability, particularly for medium length stays. It can accommodate from 4 to 8 people (4 in traditional beds, 4 in a double sofa bed, one in one of the two bedrooms, the other in the living room-kitchen). In the standard form, there are double beds; it is possible to have separate, single beds on request.
