restaurants, malls and tourist attractions are reachable pretty quickly.
The house has 4 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, 2 bathrooms, a large pool deck, a heated pool and a two-car garage. The entire property is spread over 220 sq.m living area and 950sq.m base area. Billiards table, internet Wi-Fi (free), a laptop, printer, scanner a child's car seat, a baby bed, a kid's high chair, variety of toys, a griller, TV, a video game console, and an additional small laptop with which you can receive German television for a small fee (connect it to the television and enjoy German films and shows). Dear friends of Florida,
Our house is located in South Cape Coral, you can expect a cosy atmosphere and spacious place.
We have 4 bedrooms 2 living room and 2 bathrooms so that you don't have to worry that it may be too cramped.
You will find yourself in a very quiet and pleasant neighbourhood here.
If you have small children care care has been taken of the below and also please be aware,
every door that leads to the pool deck is fitted with an alarm here. Safety first!
There are also toys available because in the end, little ones staying with us should not get bored.
Even if you decide to spend a cosy evening at home there is nothing that is lacking. Our living room has seating accommodation for 8 persons, TV is obviously there. We also have a billiards table that you can use anytime if you have interest in playing a quick round or game.
Our house is near to the Skyline Boulevard; from here basic needs like restaurants produce markets
and much more can be reached in no time.
Of course there is a telephone in the house which you can use in times of any problems, needs or
to immediately request for help.
Our house is under the care of Weiss Family, they speak German and when you have any questions and problems they will be glad to help you further.
