Independent single house with approx 1100 m2 corner lot in La Pineda (quiet residential area with scattered buildings and large garden plots on the Bay of Pals, about 1000 m from the beach).

The granny flat is located on the garden level of the house and is rented out only during the absence of the owner (see below for available dates, the main residence on the upper floor remains closed and unoccupied during this time).

1 bedroom / 2 persons

+ Foldable bed available for 1 person.

Living area approx. 35 m2:

Separate granny flat in the garden level for 2-3 persons (staircase access from top outside the house and private street access from below). 1 large sleeping room with satellite TV and separate dining area. Small kitchen. Bathroom with shower / toilet. Washing machine. Covered terrace at the entrance.

Garden and pool use at your disposal. Swimming pool 9 x 4 m. Large sunny terrace by the pool. Portable garden grill / barbecue available. Sea view from the garden.

Car parking space in the garden entrance on the property (property is fenced).
