This new 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom log cabin in Kokadjo has something for everyone. First, if you enjoy the fine quality and furnishings of a new home, this cabin meets those standards. The grand room features hardwood oak floors, a cathedral ceiling and floor to ceiling windows and sliding glass doors. It also has new, comfortable suede furniture, and a woodstove with stone hearth and glass front. The kitchen boasts new appliances and granite countertops. The downstairs bathroom features a jet tub. In the evenings gather around the outdoor firepit on a flagstone patio. In the summer, enjoy easy access to First Roach Pond via some stone steps and a path to the water's edge with a pebble/rocky bottom and 50 foot dock. In the fall, sit on the spacious deck and admire the brillant colors as seen in one of the pictures. In the winter, you are only 50 feet away from the ITS snowmobile trails. This property is also located on the ATV trail too. In the spring, this lake is well-known for it's salmon and lake trout fishing, as well as a great time of year for moose watching! Whatever time of year, it is the perfect place to get some peace and quiet in this relatively undeveloped, remote, wooded area. A fine accommodation in the heart of four season fun!
