A self catering family holiday home very close to local amenities

This gorgeous south facing semi detached bungalow is situated in the quiet, secure residential urbanization of Campo-mar, in the very popular La Zenia resort. Entrance is via a pretty sun terrace with potted plants, table and chairs. The lounge provides comfortable seating and the dining room area seats four comfortably with air conditioning fitted. The separate fitted kitchen is more than well equipped to cater for all your needs whilst on holiday with utility area off. Both the double and twin bedrooms provide fitted wardrobes and air conditioning.. The family bathroom has corner shower enclosure and great storage space. The roof top solarium has a covered enclosure providing comfy seating and an ideal place to sit and play board games, cards etc. The large and fabulous well maintained private swimming pool is at the rear of the bungalow. There are sun loungers so that you may relax and sunbathe on the terrace or show off your bbq cooking skills and enjoy diining al fresco.

Our holiday in this lovely villa was great,the villa is perfectly described in all aspects ,it is indeed beautifull.Very clean and tidy and the pool was smashing, customer service from kevin and gena was first class and the pubs and resturants that are only a very short walk away were of a very high standard for food and fun.We would defenitely return and recommend to friends and family.

Great holiday

Lovely accommodation and within easy walking distance to local shops and restaurants. Only a few minutes from a massive shopping Mall but sufficiently far away not to disturb the peace and quiet of this lovely close in which the bungalow is located. The garden is overlooked by a building but this does not affect the privacy. The pool is amazingly big for the size of the property. I intend using this again.

Gorgeous bungalow, everything you need.

Had a fantastic holiday, met by Gena (property manager) who explained how everything worked and good places to eat and drink. Well equipped, comfy furnishings, close to restaurants, bars and la zenia shopping centre, 10 mins from beach, added bonus of having own private pool. suitable for all ages , will be using this bungalow again.

Excellent property

Everything worked like clockwork, meet at Murcia airport on arrival as arranged, 15 to 20 drive and then meet at accommodation as arranged by 'Gina', shown around property, contact details left, pick up at end of holiday also as arranged just ''excellent''. Now the accommodation (semi-detached chalet villa with seperate entrance) in an off road estate) ideal a/c in bedrooms and lounge all worked efficiently/ bathroom ample towels/ shower only but plenty of hot water nice size, a sperate dinning room, and a fully fitted kitchen/ fridge/freezer/cooker/oven/microwaved/ pots pans dishes, etc. in the covered courtyard a washing machine/ ironing board. A sun conservatory and sun area on the roof, in the back garden area a large pool (serviced twice a week)/ ample sun loungers a covered barbecue (charcoal) with table/benches/ chairs etc. we spent most of our time there just ideal for us. yards away from supermarkets and shops restaurants, a large ex pat fraternity in this holiday location where 90% of the shoppers are british. would I book this property again, yes but it seems however fully booked unfortunately for 2013. To the owners of number 53 '' you have a nice place thank you for allowing us to rent it''. And to Georgina thank you for everything and all the best for the future. Nick & Anna

JUST WHAT THE DOCTOR ORDERED

We stayed in this little corner of paradise for nearly three weeks. Just a few weeks earlier we thought we would have to cancel due to ill health, but the doctor gave us the go ahead, and it was like heaven, the pool was fantastic, the bungalow had everything, very, very well equiped, we just didn't want to leave. Mobility being a problem we found the bungalow ideal and well situated for everything we needed, even the local bus stop was on the doorstep and enabled us to see other areas. Georgina was exceptional and although she had a short holiday during our stay, she left phone numbers to contact should we need anything, we didn't, because all you need is there and we had no problems at all. From past experience we knew we could relay on Georgina to help if we needed it.
We cannot wait to return, and would recommend the property although we are a little reluctant to pass on the find of this little gem for fear of not getting in ourselves !

fantastic holiday

This was our first time renting a villa and we were so pleased with this choice ,the pool was brilliant which the kids loved ,The villa it self is well equipped and and has every thing and more that you will need for your holiday it is in a great location close to the shops and only a 10 minute walk to the beach.
Gena was very helpfull and just knowing she is only a phone call away if we needed her was so reassuring she took all the stress of arranging transfers to and fro to the airport for us.
We will definitely be booking up again but this time for longer.

Orihuela Costa provides a vibrant nightlife with many entertainers working along the coastal resorts with its wide range of pubs and restaurants to meet all tastes. There are many local beach resorts along the Orihuela coast and most have been awarded the blue flag in recognition of high quality. Within walking distance are the 3 fantastic beaches of La Zenia with Cala Capitan and Playa Flamenca beaches nearby.

La Zenia itself is in the heart of the Orihuela Costa with easy access to the AP7 motorway and the N332 coastal road. On your doorstep there is an array of large supermarkets, banks, shops, bazaars, restaurants and café bars (many providing great live entertainment).

SUPERMARKETS: Spoilt for choice as there are 4 large supermarkets and a small but adequately stocked late-night supermarket all within walking distance.

STREET MARKETS: There are street markets held daily and the local Playa Flamenca which is a mere 10 minutes walk is held each Saturday. Here you will find in abundance fresh fruit, vegetables, cooked chickens and hams, pottery, plants, clothes, toys, bedlinen, household goods and much much more.

DINING OUT: Campo-mar is within easy walking distance of many restaurants and cafe bars of varying nationalities to suit all palates.

ENTERTAINMENT: Again within easy walking distance are an abundance of bars with the majority having good family entertainment

SHOPPING CENTRE:

Only a few minutes walking distance between the Saturday street market and the AP7 Junction is the newly opened (September 2012) Zenia Boulevard Centro Comercial with 5000 car park spaces, over 150 shops including Zara, Guess, Blanco, Primark, H&M, Cortefiel, C&A, Druni, Decathalon, Leroy Merlin, AlCampo supermarket and for entertainment value there is a children´s large play area, casino, a bowling alley, an enormous tv screen showing football and other sports and there is often live entertainment provided on the foodcourt. The centre itself is a pleasure to walk around if only for window shopping (if possible), a bite to eat, a glass of wine, beer or a coffee.

NEARBY RESORTS:

The vibrant Cabo Roig, the popular Flamenca Beach Commercial Centre and the Villamartin Plaza. The main town of Torrevieja with fabulous marina, promenade, Habaneras shopping centre and water park is a 15 minute drive away and every evening during the high and low seasons you will find an abundance of small market stalls providing local crafts along the front.

OTHER ACTIVITIES:

Football, bowling, 10-pin bowling, go-karting, casino, cinema, swimming.

GOLF:

Just a short drive from the apartment are three superb golf courses and these are the championship golf course at Villamartin, not for the faint hearted is Las Ramblas golf course which is considered to be ¨one of the most challenging in Spain¨ and Royal Campoamor which must be one the most stunning courses. Now, within a 20 minute drive there are many other golf courses recently constructed for your enjoyment and there are plans to design more fabulous courses in the near future.

Iincluding Monarch/Rynair/Easyjet/Jet2 offering budget and scheduled flights from Stansted, Gatwick, Luton, Glasgow, Edinburgh, Prestwick, Shannon, Dublin, Cork and other major European airports.

AIRPORTS:

There are two main airports in the Costa Blanca area and these are Alicante, which is just a 45 minute drive to the property and Murcia, a smaller airport offering low budget flights, is just a 20 minute drive away.

Notes A refundable security bond of 100 pounds sterling or 120 euros in cash is payable on your arrival and this will be returned to you on your day of departure and only after the property has been checked over.
To cover the cost of cleaning and laundry following your departure there will be an additional local minimum fee of 60 euros for up to 4 persons and 65 euros to be paid on arrival
Booking Deposit:
To confirm a booking you will be requested to provide a non returnable deposit of 20% of the total rental cost and then 6 weeks prior to the commencement of your holiday the final payment should be made. Payments can be made via cheque or directly through the bank transfer system. Confirmation of booking, terms and conditions and directions to the property will be sent via email.
