A fabulous unobstructed beachfront view can be yours from your own private condo and balcony right on the most beautiful beach in the U.S.! Kick back in our comfortable balcony lounge chairs with ottoman and watch the dolphins or enjoy gorgeous sunsets! We are on the 7th floor directly facing the gulf, low enough for great views and peace of mind, yet high enough for quiet and privacy.

Don't take the chance of 'potluck' by booking through another site. Here, you see exactly what you get. Interiors vary greatly by taste and furnishings.

Our condo has been newly professionally decorated with tasteful and comfortable furnishings, contains a 32' LCD flat panel TV, iHome and provides free secure wireless high speed internet. Pelican Beach Resort, built in 1997, is immaculately maintained and offers the perfect family vacation, romantic getaway or winter retreat. Amenities include beach side pool, drink bar, hot tub and kiddie pool, plus additional indoor heated pool with swim-out to a second outdoor pool.

Our unit received the highest possible rating. Accomodations include a comfortable king sized master bedroom with ceiling fan and private bath, plus a hall bunk bed alcove with an additional full bath. The living room contains a queen sized sleeper sofa and two comfortable chairs with an ottoman. Balcony also features two comfortable lounge chairs with ottoman plus dining table with chairs.

Check in is simple and convenient with entry door lockbox with code.

Snow birds are welcome. Special discounted rate for minimum three months winter rental!

Just wanted to tell you how beautiful your condo is. We enjoyed it so much.

I have never stayed anywhere that even came close to being as comfortable.

Most of the time there may be one chair or couch that you can really relax in, but you have made it where all the seating is perfect. Also, the bed was so above average.

And, the storage for one's personal belongings and the lighting in the bathrooms were outstanding. The kitchen was spotless with everything you could need.

I've never had seating on a deck that was really comfortable to spend time relaxing.

But you have seen to it that your guests can sit for hours and still enjoy the seating.

It is quite obvious that much thought and effort went into the furnishings and design of everything.

Just wanted to let you know how very special your place is, and we hope to be able to visit there again.

We had the time of our life! We could not have asked for better accomodations! The condo was exactly as presented in the pictures and was spotless and ready for us when we walked in.

1ST TIME IN DESTIN

We found the condo to be everything we were looking for. View was perfect. Spent lots of time just watching the water and beach. Will definitely be back. All attractions were easily accessed. Staff was friendly and owners were very helpful.

Best Honeymoon Ever!! First trip to Destin!

This was my husband and I's first trip to Destin. We were super excited b/c it was extra special b/c it was our Honeymoon! The condo was super nice and very spacious! We had no problem finding the place at all. The people there were very nice and helpful. Sandy (condo owner) was on top of everything, very helpful and was super nice. We loved sitting on the balcony looking at the beautiful ocean! The view was AWESOME! We definitely plan on making a trip back sometime! Maybe for our 1 year anniversary. :)

Relaxing Springbreak!!!!

Hi Sandy, Just wanted to say thank-you again for letting us stay in your beautiful condo over Springbreak!The weather was between 75-80 and sunny all week!Everything was just perfect! I felt very safe at this complex. I always worry about letting my kids go out at night by themselves(even now in their twenties), but not here. The view was wonderful and we did see more dolphins from your balcony than we did on the dolphin site-seeing boat! The staff was friendly and the complex was very clean. It was a very family friendly place! I would stay here again in a minute. It was great working with you Thanks so much! From St. Charles, Illinois P.S. My husband and I liked it so much, we are looking into buying in this area.
