The apartment is ideal for two people, is located about 250 m from the beach and is located on the 7th floor facing west located towards. On the balcony you can enjoy the sun from noon until sunset. A part glazed balcony invites you to breakfast. The equipment is partly in Andalusian style. There is a new and very powerful air conditioning. The comfortable 63 sqm facility on a high quality of living (long-term holiday for max. Two people). The large living room (24 sqm) with a sitting area (sofa bed) and separate dining area has seating for four and more persons. There is a new flat screen TV (81cm HD quality) with integrated radio part and a new satellite dish. The bedroom has a double bed with new mattress. The shower is supplied from a large Elektospeicher with adequate and uniform water heat. The kitchen is fully equipped, the hob has three gas hobs and one electric - plate, and an oven. Available is a small microwave and coffee maker. The worktop is made of granite and the kitchen is fully elapses.

A washing machine is located in the back storage space next to the kitchen. The parking lot (the gate with a remote control to open), a tennis court on site, as well as a swimming pool (only in the summer months in operation) are available for free. Running or cycling on the beautiful esplanade is a pleasure. Kitesurfer meet on the beach. If you only want to spend the holiday in the place, do not need a car. A supermarket is nearby.

Sehr gemütliches Feriendomizil

Ich habe 10 Wochen in dieser Ferienwohnung verbracht und habe mich von Anfang an in diesem gemütlichen Ambiente zuhause gefühlt. Die Wohnung entspricht genau den Angaben und Bildern. In der Wohnung ist Alles vorhanden,was man fürs Wohlbefinden benötigt,besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Sauberkeit.Als Langzeiturlauber und Selbstversorger habe ich die zentrale Lage mit optimalen Einkaufsmöglichenkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe sehr geschätzt.
Dank der eingebauten Doppelfenster ist die Wohnung in der 7. Etage ruhig und auch innerhalb des Hauses konnte ich keine Lärmbelästigungen feststellen

Schließlich möchte ich besonders hervorheben, daß die Eigentümerin
sehr um das Wohlbefinden der Urlaubsgäste bemüht ist,daher an dieser Stelle nochmals meinen herzlichen Dank für die vielen nützlichen Tips.

Nach mehreren Überwinterungen im Süden habe ich nun meine "Zweite Heimat" für die kalte Jahreszeit in "Torre del Mar" gefunden.

Wir haben uns in jeder Beziehung sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen 2013 wieder !!!!!!!!
Es hat einfach alles gepasst. Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen und man kann sich in ihr wohlfühlen. Der Ort hat viel zu bieten, angefangen vom Strand bis hin zu den kulinarischen Köstlichkeiten der zahlreichen Restaurants - und, und, und ....
Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und unkompliziert.

TORRE DEL MAR is not a typical scale only for leisure place, it has a long historical past. You live among the locals and the Spanish way of life with the pleasant climate makes the time forgotten. The beautifully landscaped and well maintained boardwalk is approximately 3 000 m long and has a varied walk. The expansive beach with plenty of space for sunbathing or swimming. Torre del Mar is an old fishing town and the Mediterranean charm during a walk in the old town center is felt. Nice shops and boutiques invite. There are many beach bars and sports facilities. Every Thursday there is a big market. Golf and tennis (on the complex belonging to the tennis courts) can be played all year round. Those wishing to explore the cities has südandalusischen with Torre del Mar is a good starting point. Malaga 30 km, birthplace and museum of Pablo Picasso, Granada is 100 km, Alhambra, near the Sierra Nevada up to 3400 m high, Cordoba 180km mosque Mosque and the Palacio de Viana Museum, Seville 240 km, capital of Andalusia , the world's largest Catholic cathedral. Gibraltar 180km free trade zone, the Monkey Rock. Caves of Nerja, not to mention the Spanish white villages.
