The apartment is located in the nice and tranquil district Untergiesing-Harlaching, in a tree lined residential street (traffic zone with speed limit 30km/h).
Due to the immediate vicinity to Wettersteinplatz and a distance of a one minute walk to public transport such as underground and tram, you have an ideal connection to the city centre and all sights. In the residential street you can find parking spots or use the basement car park (100m), if desired.
With the underground every 10 minutes, it is for instance:
6 minutes to the Sendlinger Tor, 7 minutes to the main train station, 8 minutes to the centre (Marienplatz, Viktualienmarkt), 6 minutes to the Glockenbachviertel (Fraunhoferstrasse), a trendy area with different bars and numerous restaurants with international cuisine, 10 minutes to the Oktoberfest.
All shopping facilities of daily need, supermarkets, restaurants, drugstore, doctors, pharmacy and hair dressers are right around the corner. There is a bakery right on the doorstep where you can buy fresh bread for breakfast, even on Sundays.
For those who like it the American way, it is only 5 minutes to the nearest Mc Donalds. Nature lovers can reach the nearest big park with an adventure playground for children, the zoo Hellabrunn, the beautiful Isarauen (Flaucher) or the woods (Perlacher Forst) within 10-20 minutes by foot.
FC Bayern fans can walk to the FC Bayern trainings centre within 5 minutes. Here you can snatch autographs and watch the players live and for free while they are training.
