1xQ, 3xT, 1xF. If you love bike riding then this is the house for you. This three bedroom, 1.5 bath ranch style home is right next to the Cape Cod Rail Trail and Cobies. It also has bikes for you to use. The living room has a large TV and plenty of comfortable seating. The kitchen has all the luxuries of home. There is a three season room off of the family room. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed, TV, A/C and half bath. Bedroom 2 has a set of twin bunk beds. Bedroom 3 has a set of bunk beds that has a full on the bottom and a twin on top. After a long ay at Linnell Landing beach (only 7/10 mile walk from house), rinse of fin the enclosed outdoor shower. Enjoy evening BBQ's on the patio. NO PETS AND NO SMOKING! NOTE: LINENS (SHEETS/TOWELS) ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THIS RENTAL.
