In the main area of the apartment you will find a dining area with table and 4 chairs, lounge area which is equipped with a 3 seater sofa bed, armchair, coffee table, CD/Stereo system, TV with UK Channels including Sky Sports, DVD player and Air Conditioning. The kitchen comes fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave oven, oven & hob & ironing board. All utensils and crockery are on hand. Master bedroom with double bed, built-in wardrobe, bedside cabinets with lamps. Air conditioning. The second bedroom is equipped with two single beds, wardrobe, bedside cabinet with bedside lamp. Air conditioning. The bathroom has a bath/shower, Bidet ad wash basin. There is also a large supply of bed linens and towels (with the exception of beach towels). Large roof terrace with BBQ, sun loungers, table and chairs. Front balcony with table & chairs. Communal Pool and large sunbathing area less than 2 minutes walk from this apartment.

There is a Commercial Centre less than 2 minutes walk from this property. There are 3 supermarkets, restaurants/shops/bars (some offering nightly entertainment). A 5 min drive away you will also find more restaurants and bars with some offering nightly entertainment. A train/tram (1 euro) now goes around Gran Alacant & by the beach. The location of this property is perfect for a great family holiday. It's within 5 minutes of some of the most finest beaches on the Costa Blanca and most of them have a beach bar and offer sun loungers/parasoles at a small cost. There are several Golf courses nearby, namely Vilamartin, Las Ramblas and Compoamor. No need to bring your clubs as these can be hired at the clubs. The courses all have 18 holes, putting and chipping greens and practice areas. There are also several cafeterias/restaurants where you can unwind and have something to eat and drink after your round. Torrevieja has its own Waterpark Aquopolies and Quesada is a 20 minute drive away

  • Please note that a 30% reservation deposit is payable on booking and the balance is due 8 weeks before your holiday. There is also a returnable damage deposit of 120 Euros.
  • For longer winter breaks, reduced rates are negotiable. All prices include electricity, linen and water, please supply own beach towels. There is also a one off cleaning charge of 50 Euros payable to the cleaner on arrival.

Im just back from a wonderful week.Fantastic area...wonderful neighbours.Ideal for a week of rest and relaxation with a pubs and restaurants just across the road.Also just 2minute walk to the bus stops for those without a car...and its super cheap!!
The roof terrace was my fav bit of the appartment(which was brill)
Would definately recommend you visit this area...im already booking for next year.

perfect weather, wonderful apartment, friendly neighbours, peaceful, private, everything we could have wanted for our wedding anniversary. wish I had remembered my hairdryer though. Maybe you will have one for our next stay. Overall wonderful holiday

Good visit to Gran Alacant

Pleasant, tastefully furnished flat.Clean and well maintained. Shops, pub, restaurants and a car wash just a stones throw away. A bit quiet in February. Some distance to the beach, so car rental recommended if you don't really like walking. Excellent service from owner, prompt mail replies.
