Note: All of units have the same floor plan that sleeps 10 with 2 king beds, 2 queen beds and 1 sofa sleeper and therefore no specific unit is guaranteed.

Space:

This spacious 1821 Sq ft, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathroom retreat located just outside of Branson, Missouri is in the gated golf community of StoneBridge Village nestled in the foothills of the Ozark Mountains. We have a beautiful view of the fairway or valley. It is not unusual to wake up in the morning to see deer or wild turkeys roaming through the area.

Conveniences:

Imagine waking up in the morning and having your first cup of coffee on the screened, L-shaped, private deck overlooking the fairway. Relax in your bathrobe while you have breakfast and contemplate the many activity options for the day.

The well equipped kitchen with complete dinnerware provides many options for meals. Pack a picnic lunch and enjoy all the natural beauty of Table Rock Lake or Eureka Springs. Place a complete frozen meal in the crock-pot to enjoy at the end of the day. If you prefer dining out, just stock the kitchen with your favorite drinks and snacks!

Our convenient location allows you to enjoy all the area attractions. Branson is one of the fastest growing tourist attractions of the country. Being 3 miles from Branson puts you right in the heart of some of the best live music anywhere in the country. There are more live shows and more theater seats available here in Branson than in New York City or Nashville.

We are only 1 mile from Silver Dollar City offering fun for all ages. Just 4 miles on the famous strip you will find White Water., a large water park to cool off on those hot days. Additional water activities can be found at Table Rock Lake, only 4 miles from our townhome.

At the end of the day full of activities, return to the expansive great room to share your experiences with friends, family and your pet.

Privacy:

There are only four units in each building providing a private and quiet environmen. We are on the main entry level with no units above us. Our vacation home is located in an upscale gated community of StoneBridge Village with its custom homes, not a large complex of condos.

Easy Access:

Parking is in front of the unit with only two small steps up to the ground floor entry and no steps for wheelchair accessable units. A main floor master bedroom with a stand alone shower and second bedroom with a full bathroom and one bathroom with roll-in shower provide easy access.

Value:

The price per couple is lower than a most hotel rooms, not to mention the potential savings on dinning out! Our Vacation Home sleeps ten people comfortability.

Experience all the amenities you would expect from a four star hotel at a one star price. Three pools, three lighted tennis courts, sand volley ball court, basket ball court, two playgrounds, fitness room, conference rooms, 27' cable TVs in every room, full bathrooms (master with Jacuzzi tub) with hair dryers, spa type soaps, lotions, shampoo and conditioners, iron, ironing board and full size washer and dryer in the townhome.

Other amenities include hiking and nature trails, kids playground and discount golf at Ledgestone Golf Course. Challenge yourself to 18 holes of championship golf with cart at this semi-private golf course!

My wife Cheryl and two daughters live in Golden Colorado. Cheryl works at a local hospital and I work in the Information Technology field. We have a lifelong passion for travel and have traveled to many exciting places as a family. Travel has helped to develop and maintain a close relationship with our daughters. Why David or Cheryl Neitz chose Branson

We purchased our first vacation home in Branson after taking my father-in-law and mother-in-law to fulfill a longtime desire for them to see the Branson area and shows. After visting the StoneBridge Village gated golf community, we fell in love with the beauty and solitude of the StoneBridge community and the easy access to all the Branson activities. Since 2005, we have purchased three other townhomes that allow is to accommadate large groups or family reunions. We had two of them built in 2007 to allow wheelchair access.

What makes this townhome unique

After a round of golf on the Ledgestone golf course, we really enjoy sitting on the screened porch and watching other golfers during the day and the fireflies at night. Silver Dollar City is only one mile away, so we take breaks from the park to catch lunch and cool off in the AC!

We have been coming to Branson since 1992, and this is the nicest place we have stayed at. The townhome has all the amenities you could possibly need, the screened in porch is a great place to relax in the afternoons, and the location is convenient to groceries, etc. Stonebridge is a great area to get away and relax after you have enjoyed everything that Branson has to offer. Would highly recommend this townhome to anyone visiting the Branson area!!

Wonderful place to stay

We booked this condo for a family trip. The condo was exactly as described. The condo was very clean and well kept. It has everything a person would need provided or just a phone call away if needed. Even though this condo is located at a golf course you would never know it. We had great views of the surrounding hills and a great sunset. The area around the condo is safe and quiet. The location is great!!!! Minutes from silver dollar city and the lakes. Getting to the shows was easy. The main purpose for our trip was for our elder mom. She liked that the condo had few steps to deal with. She even made it up to the loft bedroom to check it out with no problems. David and Cheryl are great people to work with. Had no problems with communication. We would recommend the condo to anyone.
Thanks David for helping to make this trip a great one. This will possibly be moms last. Thanks for making it a stress free one.

Great fall stay!!

This townhome is exactly like home. Spacious, very clean, beautifully decorated, comfortable, large closets, very well equiped kitchen, and large screened in porch w/ furniture. Everything available for fun is under 30min drive if you avoid the heavy traffic on the "Strip" on hwy 76(this is the original Branson section with a lot of shows, hotels and restaurants) and use the outer highways to get to your destination. We will definitely return in the future.

We stayed in this home for two weeks with or daughter and their large family from South Dakota. We had the most wonderful time with plenty of room and the everything was so convenient and very sufficient for a large familty.
The owners were very pleasant and helpful!
