Villa Virginia is a unique holiday destination for the whole family. The house has been recently fully refurbished and very elegantly decorated. Here you will be from the moment you can feel very comfortable and spend a wonderful holiday.

With over 350 sqm living / floor space we provide enough space for up to 6 guests, all bedrooms have walk-in wardrobes. Also for recreational fun is guaranteed: if you want to move to the new pool table a cushy, with bikes on a reconnaissance mission goes or wants to paddle down the wide channels into one of the seven easily accessible lakes in our own canoe, sporting one can here operate extensively .

Or you can take it easy and just enjoy the sun on the electrically heated pool or down by the water on the recently completed dock with Tikihut, there is something for everyone! With southern exposure is provided purely for sun and from morning to night!

The location of Villa Virginia is very low: in spite of the peace the quiet residential area, supermarkets, restaurants and shopping centers with shopping malls within a few minutes, even to Fort Myers is the perfect connection.

    A deposit of $ 500 and a 20% deposit is due upon reservation. The deposit will be refunded after successful final acceptance.
    The remaining rent is payable on arrival at the property to the property manager.

    Cleaning $ 150 + electricity with $ 0.15 / kWh.
    Prices plus 11% local Florida tax.
    The incurred costs are paid directly to the local property manager.
