Villa Agios consists of 2 separate units: Upper Villa (155sq.m) and Lower Villa (90sq.m). All units are carefully designed and decorated to provide comfort and style to your accommodation. The Upper Villa will satisfy even the most demanding guest with its unforgettable ocean views. Its amenities include: spacious living room, dinning room and kitchen, 2 bedrooms with king-size beds and en-suite bathrooms, 1 double bedroom, 1 WC, 3 TVs, home theater, DVD-CD, free wifi, fireplace, and an outdoor veranda with bamboo furniture. The Lower Villa offers a more cozy environment in the gardens. Its amenities include: living-dinning room, kitchen, 2 double rooms and one en-suite bathroom, 1 main bathroom, 3 TVs, home theater, DVD-CD, free wifi, and an outdoor veranda. Maid and garden/pool service can be provided to our guests upon request as often as needed, at an additional cost depending on the total number of guests.

Villa Agios is located literally ON the beach, while just a breath away from Athens (170km) and minutes from the two main towns of the area: Agios Constantinos and Kamena Vourla in central Greece (Fthiotida). The islands of Skiathos, Skopelos, Skiros, Alonissos and Evia are 1-3 hours away by boat from the port of Agios Constantinos. The luxury 'Galini Spa' in Kamena Vourla is a 5' drive and offers guests a truly relaxing experience. The town of Kamena Vourla has plenty of tavernas, restaurants, shops, bakeries, and super-markets. Up the mountain of Oiti (20'), one can find old Greek villages of unparalleled beauty and nature at its best. For those with historical interest, the ancient city of Delphi is just a 50' journey to the ancient treasures of Greece. Finally, the mountain of Parnasos offers unique ski & snowboard adventures during the winter season. Your own equipment is necessary for most of the area activities (surfing, fishing).

Additional information about rental rates

  • All mentioned rates are valid for up to 10 persons. For 6 persons or less special discounts apply (up to 30%).
    Maid & Garden/Pool cleaning service can be offered as often as needed at an additional cost depending on the total number of our guests. An advanced payment of 30% of the total rate is required to guarantee the booking via bank account. The remaining 70% must be paid in full no later than 15 days before arrival. We can issue invoices, if needed, with an additional 19% VAT for all EU countries.
    A refundable guarantee (3000 Euro) is required upon arrival, either in cash or credit card, to protect us from any possible damages concerning the building, furniture & equipment. In case of no damages, the guarantee is refunded back to the guest in full on the day of departure.
  • Special Offers:
    For bookings of more than 3 weeks or for a total of 6 persons or less, special discounts apply (up to 30%) depending on the season. Please inquire.
  • Cancellation Policy: Any cancellation from the time of booking will be debited a no show fee equivalent to the advance payment (30%). Cancellations that take place 3 weeks before arrival and following that date will be debited a total no show fee equivalent to the full rate of the booking.
    The owner of the villa has no legal and/or financial responsibility whatsoever, for any accidents the tenants may have during their stay at Villa Agios.

Notes: We provide complimentary to our guests personalized CDs based on their music preferences, as well as a large DVD and book library for their entertainment. Home-made pies and local wine are also provided complimentary to our guests upon their arrival. Guests can also use freely our 2 mountain bikes and 1 junior bike during their stay. Villa Agios can offer maid service, housekeeping and gardening/pool cleaning as often as needed at an additional cost based on the total number of our guests. Upon request, we can arrange additional services such as private chef, baby-seating and chauffeur driving. The outdoor area of the Villa (gardens) is also the home of our friendly cats, that are all vaccinated and taken care of when the owners are there. Villa Agios is right on the beach in a valley between mountains. The landscape is beautiful. The sea is fantastic. You can enjoy of privacy and calmness. The house itself is REALLY beautiful and well equipped and has the large private garden with big trees (eucaliptus, olive, pear, lemon, magnolia etc). The swimming pool is huge and perfect for our 4 children (from 3 to 11) with a sea water. The pictures in the website do not "do justice" for this place - it is much more lovely!
Agios Constsntinos village (just 2 km from villa) has supermarket to get everyday supplies and some very good tavernas and bars.The town Camena Vourla is close (5min drive by car) with a supermarket and food shops near which makes it easy to handle the groceries. We found a butcher there and a fresh fish shop (every day from8 to 10a.m.). There are also many interesting places for kids and clubs for adults. Things worked well with the owner. They were so care about us. We were a big family with 3 adult and 4 children and we very much recommend the Villa Agios!
