Our villa is located between the Baltic Sea and backwaters at the narrowest point of the largest island of Germany. On 300 sqm this an ideal residence arose that leaves no wish unfulfilled.   • The rental price is subject to VAT, an Internet and fixed flat rate, water, electricity, heating, a bunch of firewood per week in the period from 1 Oct to 31st March, Use of bicycles and two car parking spaces on site.

    Not included in the price is the use of our drinks service by taking drinks from the wine cellar and the shelves and offering nibbles.
