Built in 2006 and professionally decorated, our villa is equipped to ensure your stay is as comfortable and pleasant as our own!! Offering loads of space and comfort, our home has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, two of which are ensuite Master bedrooms and all have flat screen TV/DVD, hairdryers in every bath. Tiled floors throughout open areas. Living room seats 8 with large 42' LCD TV/DVD & movie & book selection. Fully equipped kitchen, breakfast nook and separate dining room. There is a separate study/TV room with writing desk, sofa bed, TV/DVD, WIFI. Laundry room with washer/dryer, iron + board. Large air-conditioned Games room with pool, foosball & air hockey tables, LCD Cable TV, PlayStation 2, Nintendo Wii, video games, game boards. Gorgeous , private south facing pool + spa overlooking quiet conservation area, privacy screens, loungers, table + chairs, BBQ. Complimentary use of baby stroller, highchair, 2 baby cots, lots of toys and children's books and videos. Welcome!

And one of the many advantages of staying at our villa is its location, location, location. Tuscan Hills is a gated community conveniently located on Highway 27, one mile south of the junction with US 192 West and within 10-15 minutes of everyone's favorite theme park, Walt Disney World Resorts and unbeatable shopping. Restaurants, banks, ATMs, supermarkets, service stations are all located very closeby. A 24 hour Walmart SuperCenter is located approximately 4 minutes. North on US 27. A Publix Supermarket, medical clinic, great Chinese, Indian + pizza takeout and a new AppleBee's family restaurant are all located approximately 2 minutes South on US 27 within the Berry Town Center. Other restaurants offering full service or take out are all within close proximity, as are golf courses, parks, lakes, biking, fishing and other amenities. Or you may prefer to just stay in, take pleasure in the comfort of the home, lounge by the pool, and enjoy a peaceful retreat away from it all

Bedroom 5 has been converted to a Study/Office with a writing desk, LCD TV and DVD, and enjoys its own private en suite bathroom. A sofa bed in the Study/Office sleeps 2 adults comfortably. All bedrooms have TV/DVD/Cable.

For added security, we have installed monitored security system, and our excellent Property Managers are available 24 hours.
