Sleeps 8 (10 by arrangement). 4 bedroom farmhouse style property with private pool set in 2,400sqm of landscaped gardens. Walk to the picturesque village with various restaurants, bars and supermarket. Panoramic country and sea views. 15 min drive to Airport, Beaches and Golf. Old castle city of Loule an d Faro both 10 minutes. Villa is family friendly with cots, high chairs etc. Childrens DVD's.

Entrance to property is via a small private road through electric gates into a calçada (cobblestone) parking area with double garage. Property is on two floors. Ground floor consisting of 2 smaller guest rooms off a featured hall with arched brick ceiling, leading to kitchen, Bathroom and lounge and stairs to 2nd guest room. Large lounge diner has separate stairs leading to master guest room. Upstairs bedrooms have terrace with glorious views to the North and the coast. Covered pool terrace with sea view. Courtyard terrace with barbecue area. Utility room with Washing machine and tumble dryer. Sun terrace with swimming pool (10m x 6m). Separate Teak deck area. Stunning landscaped gardens with various fruit trees, pond and large lawn area with feature 1800+ year old olive tree and still producing fruit!

Large farmhouse kitchen with fridge, freezer, oven, hob, microwave, Sky TV, dishwasher, outside utility room with washing machine/drier. Living rooms: spacious living room with comfortable seating for eight. Furnished in a traditional style with log burning fire. Included within the large living area is a dining table for eight. HD TV (UK channels), DVD and video. Music system (CD player). Other:study with desk, bookshelves (with plenty of books). Sky TV in master bedroom, 1st Guest room. All Bedrooms have hairdryers.

Further Details:

All guests will have a welcome pack on arrival, with the compliments of the owners.

Booking Notes:

30% deposit on booking, balance 6 weeks prior to arrival, breakage deposit £300 refundable, due with final payment. This will be re-paid to you within 2 clear weeks of end of holiday. Airport meeting can be arranged.
