The two-family house on the lower edge of the village Lumbrein has a view like in the picture. Only flying is more beautiful. The Péz Terri on the right side and opposite the Péz Regina provide the framework for the surrounding natural beauty. The traditionally built farmhouse is 200 years old. The grandparents already resulted in the inn. Old paneling, wood floors and stone oven are obtained in the right part of the house and give this house the inimitable charm. Traditionally, the division, the living area is divided into kitchen and living room, in the middle of the entrance to the Einfeuerung of soapstone stove. The steep staircase leads to two double bedrooms, the united above the kitchen in a brick room, the lower, at the south side and above the living room in wood (construction style). The fairy tale house also has an attic, up here in the small romantic double room, the world is far away.

Sports activities in winter: The ski resort with the 4-Summit experience and 120 km of ski slopes: Fascinating mountain landscapes, unique panoramic views, fantastic slopes for experts and varied routes for beginners. And not less than twenty (!) Bars and restaurants invite you to linger slopes connection. The Post Bus is free for skiers.

Here are beach lovers and sports fans at your expense. Special offers for children such as child lifts, ski school and family ski resort also make for very interesting family.

Sports activities in summer, countless hiking and biking opportunities, the valley 'Val Lumnezia' offers many opportunities for independent outdoor activities. Learn about the nature on your own. The trails are marked and perfectly maintained.

The lake is a Davos Munts Bijoux. With a mountain panorama, the leisure to turn while the kids play in the lake and on the playground.

Golf enthusiasts will love the new golf course in sagogn. This is about 20 minutes away from Lumbrein.
