Beautifully furnished Condo in the exclusive Sawgrass Country Club in Ponte Vedra Beach. Gated community with 24 hour security. Spectacular golf course and lagoon views, just five minutes from the beach. Also convenient to Mayo Clinic and Jacksonville International Airport.

This bright and sunny condo offers a master bedroom with king-size bed, a second bedroom with two twin beds. Both bedrooms feature satellite TV, VCR and DVD players. A loft overlooking the first floor features a fold out futon which comfortably sleeps additional people. Also located in the master bedroom is a private screened in deck which overlooks the seventh tee of the Sawgrass Golf Course. Both upstairs bedrooms have full bathrooms with all linens provided.

Downstairs includes a half bath and a laundry/utility room complete with a washer and dryer. An open full service kitchen equipped with every necessity including coffee maker, toaster, microwave, and dishware etc. overlooks the dining room. In addition, the spacious living room includes a queen-size sleeper sofa with large screen TV. On the screened in patio you will enjoy not only the gorgeous view but a gas grill for cooking along with beautiful furniture and a ceiling fan.

This captivating condominium is the perfect place to relax and features many great amenities such as a spectacular golf and lagoon view, community pool and a short walk to a private beach. Historical Saint Augustine is within 30 minutes; Disney World is only two hours away; and Jacksonville Beach is only a short ride away offering restaurants and shopping. It is a perfect getaway for both families and adults. We are also a short ride away from the Mayo Clinic.

Welcome to our second home at the Beach! We have spent many wonderful times bike riding, swimming in the subdivision's private pool, short walk to the beautiful private beach and dining in many of the areas great restaurants! We hope you will enjoy the peace this condo has to offer and spend time doing things you don't have time to do in our daily, busy lives!!

If you are looking for a spa, the beautiful Marriott Sawgrass Resort, with their newly designed spa facility, is also across A1A.
