This outstanding villa is recently decorated to the highest standards with modern furniture and complemented with marble floors throughout. The villa boasts 5 double bedrooms made up as 2 twin rooms, 2 double beds and one sofa bed. Two of the bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. The large kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances. Leading off the kitchen is a large spacious lounge and dining area, decorated in light colours with an open fire and full deducted air conditioning, as well as a flat screen television and satellite channels. The villa has a large south facing terrace, not only with a dining area but there is also a sofa and two chairs in which to relax and enjoy a glass of wine. The villa is set in beautifully kept gardens with a large swimming pool. As well as all of this the villa also offers a gymnasium which is equipped with brand new modern work out equipment. All in all this is a truly outstanding property situated on the prestigious Golden Mile.
