The house is situated about 1.5 km from the village on a quiet hillside with wonderful panoramic views over the evergreen hills of Maremma and is accessible via a good paved gravel road. The town Ribolla, with its approximately 2 000 inhabitants, is located between the green hills of Massa Marittima, Roccastrada Gavorrano and surrounded by olive groves, chestnut and cork oak forests and offers ideal opportunities to go horseback riding, hiking and mountain biking. Ribolla is characterized by its typical Tuscan village life, what makes it so cozy and comfortable. Not far away was the series "A House in Tuscany" was filmed. With several bars, restaurants, a children's playground, bank, post office, pizza service, a hairdresser, vegetables and newsagents Ribolla has everything one needs not only to everyday life but also what you're looking to relax. All amenities are within easy walking distance. Twice a week, a fishmonger fresh fish comes into the village.
