The house is located in a quiet resort with pool and garden on the outskirts of the small village Sogucak, overlooking the sea, the island of Samos and the mountains of the National Park. Shopping facilities are in place, just 4 km away in the supermarket and 12 km from Kusadasi, which can be reached with the village bus. The beach is within walking distance of 3 km or 5 minutes by the village bus usually runs every 15 minutes. On the beach there is the possibility to rent beach chairs and umbrellas.
