This fine studio apartment is in the very center of Berlin, Mitte. Although the famous Alexanderplatz is within walking distance, it's a truly relaxing space away from the chaotic life.

The apartment is bright and clear and has a charming balcony to the green backyard with a view of beautiful old trees and vine leaves. The beautifully fitted kitchen with its wooden features is extra-ordinarily spacious and airy for a studio. The balcony can be reached from the kitchen as well as the living room.

Kitchen: very well equipped (dishwasher, toaster, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, all cooking utensils)

Bathroom: Shower bath with atmospheric lighting; Washing machine is available.

Balcony: Table with chairs for 2 persons. Sitting on the comfortable lounge chair you can admire the beautiful old trees and vine leaves creeping on to the house. In the other direction the view leads to the beautiful backyard with its colourful balcony culture.
