The property is located on the peninsula Art'Insulat, the quiet location, the view of the trees and the sea and the sound of the waves invite you to unwind and relax. There's bathing in the lake (Black Pond) or on the rear side of the peninsula at the small sandy beach, there is the sea by the one before Fiedler Head Island `` protected and calm.

The site is located on a peninsula on the Atlantic coast, pure quiet situation, nature. Port Hilford is located on the coast road, 'Marine Drive Eastern Shore' halfway to Cap Britain. Only 10 minutes away is the Red Hill Golf Club, a 9-hole golf course with stunning views of the Indian Harbour Lake and very fair 'green fees' is (no membership required). 20 minutes drive away is the place Sherbrook, with the Sherbrooke Village open air museum, it is a typical village in 18-19. Century with over 30 historic buildings. Port Bickerton is 10 minutes away, in the old lighthouse, there is detailed information about the lighthouses in Nova Scotia and there also a hiking trail to Bickerton Lighthouse Beach Park begins with a beautiful beach.
