Villa Dolphins is situated in north-west at a sea water canal. The house is fully air conditioned and was completely refurbished in March 2010. It offers approximately 180 square feet of space for 6 people. The 3 bedrooms are equipped as follows: 1x master with king size bed, 1x guests with Quenn size bed, 1x guests with a queen size bed,. Master bedroom and living-u. Provide direct access to the dining room about 80 square meters large pool deck, about 24 square meters of which are in terrace with beautiful views over the adjacent lake-like channel and its wildlife. The large, heated pool is equipped with a small waterfall and a Wihrpool. . The living room is equipped with plenty of seating, a stereo system and LCD TV.

Similarly, there are several golf courses, three marinas, numerous tennis courts and a city beach with fishing pier and beach bar. In the immediate surroundings you find several shopping centers and a boundless shopping pleasure two Outlet Center, Tanger Outlet in Ft. Myers and Miromar Outlet on I-75, Exit 123 in Estero. The nearest beaches on the Gulf of Mexico are located in Ft. Myers Beach and Sanibel.
