The house is located in the middle of a residential area in Fort Myers (San Carlos Park). Golf course in the neighborhood nearby. 10 min drive to the airport. Several malls within easy driving proximity. (Gulf Coast Town Center, Miromar Outlets, Coconut Point Mall). Gorgeous Gulf coasts, beaches of Fort Myers, Bonita Springs and Naples can be reached in no time. The San Carlos Park Golf Course is located at the end of New Jersey Ave. The school and the Florida Gulf Coast University are only a few minutes from the property. Fort Myers is about 10 minutes and you have quick access facilities on the I-75 and the U.S. 41 The new Southwest Florida International Airport is also just a short 15-minute drive.
