My wife and I were looking for a small, quiet place to stay while visiting family in Bradenton. We wanted to be close to the beach and still have some solitude. We found the Sun Kiss to be that perfect mix. The unit is just the right size for a couple and is just a block from the beach. The unit was just like the pictures on the website, it was immaculately clean and neat and very welcoming. It felt just like home. We especially enjoyed the mornings on the back porch and although we didn't take advantage of the grill and shared common area in the back yard, it was also very welcoming and immaculately maintained. The privacy fence screens the yard from the street but from the porch you can see the beach over the top. The beach, restaurants and shops are within easy walking or biking distance and for longer trips, traffic was light.
Joe and Petra were excellent hosts and pride of ownership is evident in the workmanship Joe puts into the property. Not a luxury rental, the apartment was cute as a button and everything that we expected. It epitomizes the laid back Florida lifestyle. We will definitely stay there again should our travels and schedule allow.
