The former Tuscan mill has a large covered pergola (40 m²) with a swing, sun loungers, table tennis and-kicker and a large garden with associated forest (2 ha). The house has multimedia, such as DVD and video players, a lot of movies, radio, cassette and CD player, also has its own small library and selected holiday cookbooks.

The lovingly restored former mill 'il molino' is quaint and quiet in southern Tuscany, just 300 meters from the village 'Pieve di Chio' away. It is completely quiet in a secluded location on the edge of two beautiful rivers. A covered pergola load (40 m²) with a swing, sun loungers, table tennis, table football, etc. and a large garden with associated forest to relax, go and go mushroom picking.
