This comfortable air-conditioned first floor penthouse apartment is 7m from the sea with wonderful views out to sea and the islands of Ugljan and Pasman and 10-15 min from historic Zadar, a city with a rich heritage of world importance. Comprising of one double bedroom, bathroom, open plan lounge, kitchen and dining room, also 2 person sofa bed. Dining and drinks can be enjoyed on the large balcony with romantic panoramic views out to sea (beautiful sunsets). Use of a barbecue is provided. There are 4 good quality restaurants and cafes within 5- 15 min walking distance and a small shop nearbyfor self catering needs. Relax, swim, sunbathe, fish in peace and quiet. When you feel a need for something more exciting, the ancient town of Zadar awaits you, with its historic architecture, museums, shops, bars restaurants, cafes, night clubs, discos and casino. You must visit the 'Sea Organ' like a church organ but played by the waves as they roll into shore. There are 4 National Parks nearby

Idyllic setting, with one of the best sunsets ever. Well kept, clean property. Car not essential. Easy access to Zadar with bus stop just steps from door. Local taverna next door providing food and drink also hotel with restaurant close by.
