This first floor family apartment is set within the San Jaime complex, with access to 3 pools, 3 restaurants and bars internet and play areas, and is minutes walk from the Son Bou resort centre and beautiful beach. The apartment has a spacious kitchen and lounge area. 2 double bedrooms, fully fitted bathroom, and sun terraces at both the front and the rear of the apartment. The bedrooms are furnished with 1 double and 2 single beds. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans to provide air conditioning. The bathroom has a 3 piece suite with shower,washing machine. The kitchen is equipped with a gas cooker with oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, Foreman grill, toaster and electric kettle. The lounge has a portabel fan, double sofa bed, dining table with 4 chairs, 2 easy chairs, coffee table and TV/DVD, CD player/radio. The sun terrace to the front with awning has a folding gateleg 6 person table with 4 chairs and the rear terrace has an additional 2 chairs and table set. Safe provided.

The San Jaime complex offers nightly entertainment from May to October with a choice of 3 restaurants\bars, 3 pools and 2 supermarkets within a short walk with various attractions including tennis courts, maze and water flumes. The town centre and beach, only 5 minutes away, also offers many more bars and restaurants including traditional fare, Italian and Chinese cuisine and other attractions including a 10-ping bowling alley and children's activity area with bouncy castles and trampolines. Many of the restaurants in both the San Jaime complex and the town centre offer carry-out dining. The Son Bou beach is the longest and sandiest beach on the island and is beautifully maintained with a full lifeguard service, boat/pedalo hire and amenities. An excellent bus service is available to the major towns and resorts on the island.

Car hire information can be provided upon request. Local car hire provider (Menocars) can provide hire cars to the airport or apartment see Menocars web site( prices usually include collision damage insurance). Currently (2009) taxis cost about 33 to 35 Euros for a party of 4 travelling together from the airport to the apartment and the journey time is approximately 30 minutes. You can pre book return taxis at the reception desk the day before departure. Minibus taking larger parties are available - detials from reception in resort.(detials upon request). Medical centre about 150 metres away. English speaking staff. doctor usually present in high season daily and can be called to resort in a few minutes if required urgently. This si a private medical facility and charges for a consultation (not part of the state health system - Euro health card). The local hospital in Alaior ( 7Km away deals with patients wishing to use Euro health card provision.

Golf: An 18 hole golf course is located at Son Parc in the north of the island about 25 minutes drive away. Contact details for the golf course can be provided on request.

Having just returned from our fantastic holiday we find ourselves eager to return to Son Bou, The accommodation was clean, comfortable and had all the ameneties of home. The beach, pools and entertainment complex were first class as were the staff.

The owners Jim & Maureen really went all out to make our stay perfect staying in touch and sending details of all the attractions/ restaurants entertainments etc. Goodbye over priced tour operators,cut out the middle man!
All in all this was a fantastic holiday & resort. And most important our 3 kids aged 16, 11, and 3 had a blast!

Our Best Holliday

We have traveled to Minorca on various occasions in the past but must admit this was the best resort/apartment to date and will be going back again. The description of the property is first class and Jim and Maureen did every thing to help us answering any questions promptly and surplying information regards the resort that we requested. The apartment is very well appointed, very clean and well maintained and this applies to the resort as well. Restauants in the area are excellent and with in walking distance. As is the main resort and the beach, which is fantastic. I have already recomended the apartment to friends and I am sure they will have just as nice time as we did. I would recomend this property to any one for cleanleness and price I dont think you will better it. I am unable to make any negative remarks about this property
