We have been to many beaches and keep coming back to this beautiful place time and time again. Our condominium is located in the newly renovated Bay Oaks complex across from Crescent Beach on Midnight Pass. It is approximately 1 mile to drive to the public beach or a 15 minute walk. Beach connoisseurs have long hailed this beach as one of the best in the world. Its famous white sand beaches are perfect for long walks and beautiful sunsets. The beach has lifeguards on duty, volleyball nets and chair and umbrella rentals. The condominium is conveniently located within walking distance of many restaurants and a short car ride to shopping malls, movie theaters, casual and fine dining, churches, and over 50 golf courses.
This fourth-floor condo offers privacy as well as a quiet lanai that overlooks the lush, tropical foliage and manicured landscape of Bay Oaks. The elevator (with luggage cart) is close-by and walks out to your individual covered parking space. You are also a very short distance to the tennis courts, heated pool, sauna, showers, recreation room with pool table and lounge where various social gatherings are scheduled. There are marinas nearby for boat rentals, sport fishing and parasailing rides.
The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, two nightstands, dresser, TV and walk-in closet and adjoins a full bathroom equipped with shower and tub enclosure. The second bedroom has two single beds, nightstand, dressers and walk-through closet which leads to the second full bathroom complete with tub and shower enclosure. The living room has a leather couch, loveseat, end tables and TV/VCR entertainment center. The dining area has a large table that seats six people comfortably. The lanai is located just off the living room and is equipped with patio furniture.
The kitchen is fully-equipped and includes dishwasher, stove, microwave, refrigerator, toaster oven, food pantry, dishes, cookware and utensils. The full-size washer and dryer are located right off the kitchen in an enclosed area.

We chose this spot because Siesta Key beach is one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. We kept coming back for vacations and decided to buy. Then we bought another condo and decided to rent this one out when family wasn't using it. We hope you enjoy it as much as we have.
We especially enjoy the fact that we are a few minutes drive to the beach yet can still enjoy the privacy and quiet of being off the strip.
We have stayed at this condo every year for several years and I finally got around to creating a review. We went for my 50th birthday and had such a great time with family. It's so awesome to be so close to everything yet not RIGHT on top of it all. The condo is well-appointed and had everything we needed, as usual. We walked to the beach every day and came home to peace and quiet at night. The pool is very nice as well as the tennis courts. The view of the lush gardens from the lanai is sooo relaxing! The price is quite reasonable and the owners are great to work with and always very responsive to any needs we may have. The fishing area and dock are nice and there are grills so you can have a group party if you want. The photos accurately depict the condo experience and it was very clean when we arrived. I'm afraid to recommend it because I don't want it to be booked next time I want to go!! I'm selfish and want it all to myself!!
The condo was better than expected, owners were so good to work with! The beach is amazing! Our group had 5 condos and we all had so much fun. There is so much to do in Siesta Keys and the condo is located right in the center of it all.
We stay here every year since it is sooo close to Siesta Key Beach and the little strip. We bike everywhere and love fishing at point of rocks. The pool is awesome and the dock out back is great for moonlight dinners and fishing for free without license requirement. They have a nice little pool table and reading room with wi-fi. We used to stay on the beach but it's too expensive, here the price is great and we can spend the rest of our money on great dinners, fishing charters, and gifts.
This unit is NOT as represented. It had not been recently cleaned upon our arrival. An old carpet laid folded up in the kitchen, an old mirror lay in the dining room, the smoke alarms were beeping because of (almost) dead batteries. The clocks were all on day light savings time despite I rented Dec. 21st.
Despite promising a telephone in the unit description, the telephone was disconnected by the owner for the 1st 9 days of our stay.
Despite promising WIFI, in the privacy of the unit in the description, there was none in the unit.
Upon asking for WIFI I was told to use the condominium common room - however, the landlord would not provide us with a key to that room.
The swimming pool for this project is located on the east side of a 5 storey building, and as such, is completely in the shade after 2 PM. This may be okay in the summer - but not during the winter months
