The Country House Wester wood, actually a classic Angeliter nave was built in 1720 and renovated by us in 2010-2012 very costly as possible to original models. Great emphasis has been placed on modern equipment and a modern living experience at the same time.

The house impresses again today by an openly visible masonry 300 year old Egernsunder bricks, the original window layout restored with small lattice windows and generally the use of high quality materials. Most visible features are the loving full round dormers on the two inputs and the classic Walmseiten ..

Facilities: On vacation it is supposed to be at least as good as at home. This principle and our own needs, we have taken as the basis for the renovation of the cottage Westerholzmuehle.

The result are two very spacious units with full underfloor heating on the ground floor, brand new transom windows, high quality cotto floors, fireplace, spacious shower and tub, double sinks, etc.

The interior decoration, light and Scandinavian Country style with extensive wood furniture combined with modern technical equipment. All cables and installations have been renewed in 2011. Of course, you have the house free wireless Internet access.

The location: The house is located a few hundred meters outside of Westerville wood in a secluded location. If you leave the property to the west, accessed via a footpath between two pastures through directly into the protected area of ??the Au Langballig.

The sandy beach is located almost exactly a mile away with a lot of offers for the summer beach vacation. Here you will find spacious playgrounds, a harbor for yachts of Langballigau and many recreational opportunities. But especially the adjacent natural beaches of the outer fjord also have an excellent reputation as a fishing area and this in turn. The Apartment # 1 has approximately 120sqm of living space. It is well equipped with hand-painted terracotta tiles and underfloor heating on the ground floor family shower with river pebble floor, soaking tub, fireplace, private south-facing terrace and private garden. On the ground you will find the huge kitchen with a massive wooden table and a new fitted kitchen including dishwasher and washing machine. Next to the dining area the heater connects with a comfortable rattan lounge chair. By a grand double doors you enter the spacious living room with large sofa, TV, etc., the EC will be supplemented by the children's room with bunk bed and the stone bathroom with shower and large bath family. Across the wooden staircase leads to the attic. In the attic you have a big living hall with the staircase and the right and left each one bedroom with double bed.

Ein schöner Ort

Wir haben in diesem sehr gemütlichen Ferienhaus die Jahreswende verbracht und die Ruhe genossen. Besonders gefallen hat uns die Atmosphäre des alten Hauses mit neustem Komfort: die Doppeldusche, die Badewanne, eine hervorragende große und moderne Küche, Kaminofen und ein sehr schöner Fußboden.

Direkt hinter dem Haus führt ein Wanderweg durch das Naturschutzgebiet zum Meer. Natur pur findet man auf Wanderungen in der Geltinger Birk und im Habernisser Moor. Flensburg ist eine sehr schöne Einkaufsstadt mit alter Kaffeerösterei.

vielen Dank für die tolle Bewertung! Wir freuen uns wirklich sehr darüber, wenn Sie sich in unserem alten neuen Haus wohl fühlen und das dortige Ambiente auch zu schätzen und zu genießen wissen. Der Urlaub in einem solchen Domizil soll ja schließlich vor allem entspannend sein. Hierfür eignet sich die Winterzeit ganz besonders, sogar wenn - wie in diesem Jahr - kein Winter gekommen ist. An der Außenförde ist jetzt alles sehr viel ruhiger und eben entspannter als in der Hauptsaison.

Ich sehe, Sie haben zielsicher einige der schönsten Flecken in der direkten Umgebung angeschaut. Vielleicht dürfen wir Sie ja bald mal wieder im Landhaus Westerholz begrüßen, wir hätten noch den einen oder anderen neuen Tipp. ;)

Ein traumhaftes Feriendomizil

Eine Ferienwohnung vom feinsten. Das Haus ist frisch saniert und mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail im Landhausstil eingerichtet. Hier fehlt es an nichts. Die gesamte Einrichtung ist sehr hochwertig. Das Badezimmer mit einer riesigen Dusche und einer großes Badewanne. Die Küche ist mit allem was der Koch braucht ausgestattet und das nicht nur für einen Kurzurlaub. Großer Garten mit eigener Terrasse und einem sehr schönen alten Baumbestand. Das Haus ist sehr ruhig mitten in der Natur gelegen. Hier kann man sich sehr gut erholen und noch viel besser schlafen, was nicht nur an den sehr guten Betten liegt sondern auch an der traumhaften Ruhe. Nach wenigen Schritten ist man im Naturschutzgebiet, durch welches ein sehr schöner Weg zur Küste führt. Alles in allem ein sehr empfehlenswertes kinder- und familienfreundliches Urlaubsdomizil.

From the summer of 2014 our guests also have an exclusive lawn right on the beach in Habernis (about 5km away) is available. Here you can spend directly on the fjord the day lying in the sun and fire up the grill at a beautiful sunset over the Flensburg Fjord. We share this meadow only with the holiday guests in our villa Habernis.

On request, we also offer to our guests once a week an evening fishing trip with our 9-meter rigid inflatable boat (350 hp) in Geltinger Bay. Typically, readjusted the cod and flatfish. Other target fish are possible depending on the season (garfish in April / May, Markele in August, sea trout). Of course, you can just spend only one night at sea. Bite please contact us here on time, since the boat and weather must be involved in the planning.
