Our home is conveniently located on the northern edge of Naples in Southwest Florida, close to the Bonita beaches and also within easy access to many local attractions. Bonita Springs offers the unique Old Florida lifestyle of a charming beach town. Beautiful sugar-sand beaches stretch for miles along the sparkling Gulf of Mexico to Lovers Key State Park, offering sun-lovers the ultimate paradise. The area’s sub-tropical climate provides the perfect backdrop for year-round outdoor activities. Enjoy shopping at the Promenade Center or Coconut Point, great dining nearby, fishing and boat charters or nature cruises and walks. South West Florida’s 70 plus golf courses are within easy drive. Notes: The resort facilities comprise both large Resort-styled pool with tropical water scapes and lush landscaping, including waterfalls and Chickee Bar, The Groggy Frog, plus a quiet pool and a grilling area. The Clubhouse features a state of the art fitness centre, internet café, billiards table and lounge. The apartment is on the fourth floor, being on the south west corner, and is very light and airy throughout. It can be accessed either by elevator or stairs. Under building parking is available. The screened terrace is west facing and furnished with table and chairs plus a lounger. Our German guests have the benefit of direct flights from Dusseldorf to South West Florida International airport via Air Berlin !!

We so enjoyed our stay here!! The location is convenient to shopping, beaches, fishing, restaurants, however the condo is so comfortable and beautiful and resort offerings so many you may never want to leave the property!! Thank you, thank you it was even more than what we were hoping for!

Quiet, relaxing, comfortable get away.

Ken and I spent 8 days here for a relaxing getaway. Beautiful condo furnished with comfortable beds and furniture. Bonita Beach was lovely as was Del Nor Wiggins State Beach and very close. Many great places to dine out in a relaxed atmosphere. Local market only 1/2 mile away for evenings to cook at Condo. The kitchen was well equiped and the pool area had a gas grill. Many great golf courses to play nearby. The free shuttle service to and from Bonita Beach was greatly appreciated. Pizza from Futuros was excellent. For great local fish try Grouper and Chips in Naples ( local hangout nothing fancy but great seafood any way you want it) Would go back in a minute!
Easy driving to Naples, Marco Island, and Fort Myers. Several huge shopping areas. This place has something for everyone. Has a home town feel.

Sun Pearl/Bonita Village

We truly enjoyed our stay at Sun Pearl. The condo is elegantly furnished and spotless, providing all of the conveniences of home. The screened-in porch was a welcome addition.The Clubhouse has a state-of-the-art Fitness Center, Social Area, and large pool table for guest use. There is a Beach Shuttle for trips to the beach, but we preferred to walk to the beach area about one mile away. An easy, safe walk. I would recommend a car to be able to enjoy what the nearby area has to offer. Lover's Key Park, Corkscrew Swamp Sanctuary, city of Naples, Fort Myers Beach, and bicycling around Sanibel/Captiva Island are not to be missed. And there are always malls for shopping, and relaxing by the pool. The owner provided accurate and complete information regarding the location of the condo and renter instructions, and is available should questions arise. We hope to be able to return to the area in the near future and would love to spend another week at Sun Pearl.
