Beautifully presented and well-appointed 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment with sea views and just a few minutes stroll from the Port and lovely beaches of Estepona with all its restaurants and cafe bars. There is a lounge/dining area with sofas and dining table for 6, SKY TV/DVD and an ADSL/Wi-Fi internet connection. The kitchen is comprehensively fitted with washing machine, full oven and grill, ceramic hob and microwave. The master bedroom has a king size bed and is en suite, the second bedroom has twin beds and both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. The apartment has 2 terraces. The main terrace is large and equipped for dining enabling breakfast or dinner to be enjoyed whilst overlooking the Port and out to sea. The urbanisation has lovely gardens and a large well-maintained pool. There are also numerous golf courses within easy driving distance.

The Port of Estepona is one of the most sought after locations for holidaymakers when visiting Estepona. This very cosmopolitan town is conveniently situated between Malaga and Gibraltar airports, yet still retains its traditional Andalusian charm and character. La Rada and El Cristo beaches both have EU Blue Flag status and are spacious and sandy. There are promenade cafes and beach cafes dotted along the expanse of the beach. From the beaches you have wonderful views of Gibraltar and Africa to the west. Other local activities include the excellent golf courses, Tennis, Watersports, Para-gliding, Fishing and horse riding. The Selwo Adventure Park is also a great day out and is only a 10min drive away. Puerto Banus is about a 15min drive with its great shops and casino Day trips by coach are pre-bookable to Granada, Ronda, Cordoba, Seville and even Morocco.

We were 4 ladies having a well earned break. The appartment was exactly as described well equipped and very clean.Good size bedrooms and nice lounge area.Great location near to the port and a walk along the promenade to the lovely beaches.Plenty of restaurants near by overlooking the port, 2 supermarkets within walking distance.Owner was there to meet us and also when we where leaving and was a great help during the holiday. We had a lovely time,nice sitting on the terrace of an evening with a large gin and tonic
