Additional information about rental rates

  • A Maid is employed to come in a minimum of x1 per week to clean/maintain the villa.
    Moroccan meals can be requested are cooked locally. Please allow 48hrs notice.
    50% of the rental cost has to be paid upfront as the DEPOSIT when booking. This is only refundable if we manage to let the villa before the due date to others if you wanted to cancel. The rest is payable on arrival.
    During the months of May, June, July , August, September the minimum rental period is 1 week/7nights.
    Damage/breakages - will have to be covered by guests.
    WE CAN ARRANGE PICK UP/DROP OFF FROM AIRPORT/PORT/STATION TO THE VILLA FREE OF CHARGE ON ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE

    Discount on rental periods of more than 4 weeks.
