The Cleopatra Unit is an ocean-side two bedroom unit with accommodations for six. The unit combines nautical themes with pines and a spicy color scheme of eggplant, sage, and rust with plush white carpets and white-painted woodwork. The Cleopatra floor-plan utilizes a spacious Great Room concept, with a marble fireplace providing a wonderful and cozy centerpiece. The down-stuffed sofa is a fold-out bed for extra accommodations.

The dining area provides seating for six, and the kitchen is completely equipped with all modern appliances.

Both bedrooms in the Cleopatra provide a king and a queen and sofa bed too, have private patios, and offer access to separate, full-size baths. From the living room there is ocean view, and the fabulous yet subtle sound of the surf.

Beautifully appointed, this vacation rental offers all of the amenities of home and the luxuries of a fine resort.

Public beach access to the private and secluded STRANDS BEACH is via stairs steps from condo.

Location. . .Great location across from Beach Acce: This condo is located directly across from the ocean public beach access . Ocean view and we have a great network of trails to walk beside the ocean if intersted.

About Betha Lea Everett

My husband & I are both retired now. We moved here from Omaha, Nebraska to be close to our children and grandchild. We love Orange county and Dana Point especially. It is totally paradise. We enjoy meeting our guests that come here from all over the world.. We invite you to come and stay in one of our three condos. Ivory Coast, Cleopatra or The Harbour House. They are all in the same complex close to each other and each one has ocean views. You can just walk down to the beach or ride our funicular.which is free in the summer. Let me know if you have any questions. We promise you will love the area and the condos. We provide everything. Just bring your swimsuit.

This condo has a resort location. It has panoramic ocean view on one side and it overlooks the pool from the patio on the other. Now how can you beat that loacation when you are on a vacaiton. It is light and bright with the ocean sounds early in the mornng and trails to walk jsut across the street. You cannot beat this condo with the cool ocean breezes blowing through the condo from the salt air of the ocean.

  • To reserve a week send your full name and address and I will reserve that week for you with a $500 deposit. That will be returned after departure less $150 cleaning fee.

Notes: Wonderful bedroom with king size bed, bath and patio and pool view. The second bedroom had a queen size bed and bath and ocean view with private patio and in the living room has a sofa bed if necessary, washer and dryer and everything furnished.. Just 2 min walk to the steps that go to Salt Creek Beach.
