The apartment is located in a renovated old building in a quiet side street. The apartment was renovated in July 2011 and refurbished and from 01 September 2011 offered for rent. There is a bright, friendly, comfortable and stylishly furnished two bedroom apartment and can accommodate maximum 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.
Car: not necessary

The apartment is located in one of the most popular residential districts of Berlin. The district has good infrastructure and excellent transport connections to the city. Karl Horst adjacent to the trendy district of Friedrichshain, with its diverse and intercultural life. Adequate shops, cafes and pubs are available. The apartment is situated in a quiet side street with a lot of tree planting. Cute little shops and restaurants are within walking distance. Very large park and green areas are just a few minutes. Similarly, the vast landscapes of Berlin's lakes can be reached very quickly. The tourist attractions including the Brandenburg Gate, the government district, the remains of the Berlin Wall, Potsdamer Platz are well served by public transport to visit without much difficulty.

Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt!

Mein Mann, meine Tochter (6) und ich waren das erste Mal in Berlin und haben für unseren Aufenthalt ein gemütliches und günstiges Apartment gesucht - und gefunden! Die Ferienwohnung in Karlshorst hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen, die Bilder haben nicht zu viel versprochen. Liebevoll eingerichtet mit vielen Details und allem, was man so braucht, hat es uns an nichts gefehlt und wir konnten uns nach den langen Tagen in der Stadt immer schön erholen. Die Wohnung bietet viel Platz zum Schlafen, Spielen und Essen, gerade, wenn man mit Kindern reist, ist das wichtig. Der Stadtteil ist so schön grün, wir haben immer mal woanders einen Kaffee getrunken und hatten es trotzdem nicht weit bis ins Stadtzentrum. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder!
